Rod Bowling, PhD

Currently with AgriFood Solutions International, Dr. Bowling was Senior Vice President of Innovation and Process Improvement, Smithfield Beef Enterprises.  He was responsible for research and development of new products and for value added process innovation.  Receiving his PhD from Texas A&M University, Dr. Bowling has devoted his career to the design and incorporation of HAACP and multiple-hurdles food safety intervention and all component parts of the beef industry.
