Currently providing consulting services to the beef industry, Garrett is the former CEO of Salto Grande Beef of Salto, Uruguay where he directed the daily business activities of a beef slaughter and processing operation. He was responsible for the development of global markets for an all natural beef product, directed the activities associated with bringing the plant into start-up operations, development of food safety systems and development information systems necessary to maintain 100% traceability of the animal identification to the final product packaging.
