Clayton, vice president of export service of the US Meat Export Federation (USMEF) administers the export service programs for exporting members of the USMEF. These programs include market access solutions in foreign countries, industry relations and various member services including research, technical and regulatory services. He has more than 20 years experience in the meat industry, and has a BS and MS in Animal Science from Colorado State University. He is active in several professional affiliations and currently participates as a member of several committees for NMA, AMI, AMSA, NCBA and NPPC.
