She had been with PM Beef since 1996, where she previously served as Director of Integrated Programs. In her role as Director of Marketing and Communications, Saunders manages the coordination of ranch to retail bi-annual strategic planning sessions and supports new retail branded customer introductions (store openings, media events, associate training).
