Owner of The Waggoner Law Firm, which specializes in agricultural, banking and real estate law. David has over 15 years of experience in government, academia and the private sector. Former Congressional Legislative Assistant for Agriculture, Special Assistant to the USDA Under Secretary for Marketing and Inspection, and project director for the Board on Agriculture of the National Academy of Sciences. Currently serves as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves.
